Note: The filigree-like sets can be adjusted to all types of stages.
Note: Video projection requires 6 meters of depth by itself. To reduce this distance to 2-3 meters, we will need to use a mirror 1,8x2,4 meters. We do own a mirror like this (250 kg) in a case for transportation by truck.

Company has worked at different types of stages, thus has a great experience in adjusting to different venues. However it is preferable to receive venue specifications that will help to foresee the problems that our technicians might face.
FLOOR: company owns black dance floor of its own (however, the theatre rider is required to see if it fits in)
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS (see attachment Light Rider):
Our lighting person needs to have a look at what there is at the venues to be able to adapt the lighting plot we have. The ideal lighting plot for a big stage is attached. However it needs to be adapted to each of the venues, thus it is vital to see the technical specifications of all the stages in order to give you the most optimum lighting plot.
SOUND REQUIREMENTS (see attachment Sound Rider):
2-4 monitors on stage
mini disc player (just in case as bring our own one as well)
any sound system that there is at the venue.
VIDEO PROJECTION REQUIREMENTS:
Voltage 220 , 50 hertz, 2,5 kilowatts, europlugs, a table and a chair backstage
HEAVY SMOKE (DRY ICE) MACHINES REQUIREMENTS (2 items):
Voltage 380 , 50 hertz, 8 kilowatts and 3 phases
CONFETTI MACHINES (2 items):
Voltage 220, 600 Watt
2 euro plugs from each side of the stage

INSTALLATION TIME:
Full-programme sets: 24 hours
Filigree-like sets:
crew needs 4 hours for the installation of the sets, sound and video-projection equipment, taking into consideration that the lighting equipment is up, if not than at least 8-9hours. 1 hour for the rehearsal of the ballet.
DEINSTALLATION TIME:
Full-programme sets: 5-6 hours
Filigree-like sets: 2 hours
BACKSTAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Dressing rooms for 45 people
Tea and coffee
50 chairs backstage (excluding the chairs in the dressing rooms)
2 mirrors backstage (one on each side of the stage)
2 ironing boards and 2 irons
Clothing racks (as many as possible) for 300 costumes
All backstage area is to be cleared off for the costumes, props and dancers.
DOUBLE SHOWS possible but hot meal is required between the shows. Minimum break between the shows is 1 hour.
TRANSPORT: company owns a 50-seater bus "Neoplan"
FEE:
A subject of negotiations depending on the amount of shows and other aspects.
