The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” congratulated with the Day of Police.

The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” congratulated the staff of the Department of the Interior of Kostroma and Kostroma Region on their professional holiday, the Day of Police.

The artists performed two turns of the programme “The Russian National Dance Show “Kostroma” called “The Rhythms of the Caucasus”, which the Ballet dedicated to all the employees of the Ministry of the Interior who took part in the war actions in the North Caucasus region, and “Big Kazakh Dance”, which closed the concert.

The concert was held in the Cultural and Exhibition Centre “Gubernsky” in Kostroma. In the official part of the concert some honorary guests congratulated the audience and summarized the work for the year. Those were Alexander Vioagistovich Maksimenko, the interim Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia in Kostroma Region, Sergei Konstantinovich Sitnikov, the Governor of Kostroma Region, Aleksei Alekseyevich Anokhin, the Chairman of Kostroma Region Duma, Valery Vladimirovich Novikov, the Chairman of the Committee of the Veterans, the retired colonel of the Interior. More than fifteen companies of the city performed to congratulate the heroes of the day.
